CANCELLATION POLICY | Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.


We currently ONLY ship in the US

All in stock items will ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days.

We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays

If an order is shipped from Dime A Dozen Ranch to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Dime A Dozen Ranch WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

  • Dime A Dozen Ranch is NOT responsible for:
    • Delays with USPS  shipping 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Dime A Dozen Ranch IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.


Man we hate that you need to return any items, although we understand this does happen and it's okay!

Returns are ONLY accepted within 10 days after your order is marked delivered by the USPS tracking data.

We can give you a store credit or exchange the item for another size if available as long as item was not on sale......ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES!!

No CASH/CREDIT refunds at all...No Exceptions!

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer




Have Stains

Smoke smell, or Pet smell

((We have to be able to resale the item to others wanting the item))

Items MUST have:

Tags still on the item

Return Packages MUST include a copy of your original order with your return and please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL returns, no store credit, no exchanges....NO EXCEPTIONS

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us at within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
